Orders will ship within 2–5 business days.
Australia Post typically delivers in 2–5 business days. You will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped.
If you have any problems with your order PLEASE contact us so that we can make it right.
Damages: If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately at email@example.com. We will happily replace any damaged items purchased from our website. Damages MUST be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.
We do offer replacement or exchanges. Please send us an email Infor@beautydepartment.com.au with any concerns about your purchase so we can work something out.
